RULES AND INFORMATION:
1.  The 4-H Crafts Division is open to all qualified 4-H members in Wise County. 
2.  Each entry must be the work of the exhibitor and must be made since the previous Youth Fair.
3.  Premiums will be paid for first through third places if money is available.
4.  Places will be awarded based on quality of entry.
5.  An individual may have only one entry per class.
6.  Each entry must have name, age, club and class number taped on bottom.
7. 
Entries must be in between 7:30—10:00 a.m. on Monday. None will be accepted after 10:00 a.m. Judging will begin at 11:00 am for Crafts only.
8.  Entries will be released from 2:30 pm until 4:30 pm Tuesday. Superintendents will not be responsible for entries left after 6:00 p.m.
9.  Projects needing electricity are accepted, but there will be no access to electricity for judging or display.

Due to space limitations, no entry can exceed 32 inches high x 32 inches long x 32 inches wide (exceptions: afghans & quilts which can be folded to that size). 
11.  Pictures and hangings
MUST be framed or matted. This rule does not apply to photography. See photography department.

Pictures and hangings that are framed or matted can not exceed 32 inches high x 32 inches long x 32 inches wide.
13.  The Women’s Building will remain open until 6:00 p.m. on Monday and until 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday for public viewing. All arts and crafts left will be taken to Extension Office.
14.  Models must be securely mounted on a flat surface so they can be handled without coming apart.
15.  Pictures of trophy winners will be taken on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. This is for crafts and photography winners.
16.  All items will be judged according to quality, originality, appearance and workmanship. Entries will be placed first through sixth in each age division. Trophy winners will be selected as Best of Show from each age division.
17. Entries will be placed first through sixth place according to merit. All others will receive participation.

4-H Classes are divided by the following divisions:
     Junior: 8yrs old & 3rd—5th grade
     Intermediate: 6th, 7th & 8th grade
     Senior: 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th grade
